Summer Season Rates

Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend
…$ 210 per night

There is a two night minimum for stays that include a Friday or Saturday Night.

Spring and Fall Rates

From the third Friday in March up to Memorial Day weekend and from Labor Day through Veteran’s Day Weekend …$ 175 per night

There is a two night minimum for stays that include a Friday or Saturday Night

Winter Rates

…$ 135 per night

A 12.75% state and local tax is in addition
There is a two night minimum for The Summer Season. There is a two night minimum on weekends year round.
There is a three night minimum on all major holidays.

Electric vehicle charging is $10.00 for each overnight of charger use.

Payments

Single night bookings and reservations made 21 days or less prior to your stay require full payment in advance.

A 50% deposit is required when reserving 22 days or more in advance. When reserving for Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day and Veteran’s Day weekends full payment is required in advance. Rain checks only will be issued for cancellations for these holidays.

Check-in time

3 pm – 6 pm Check out is 11 am. Late arrivals please call ahead.

Cancellations

22 days prior to your stay we refund your deposit less a 15% cancellation fee of the full cost of your stay.
Within 21 days of your stay only rain checks are issued. For multiple room reservations only rain checks are issued. When scheduling a raincheck stay any balance remaining is due.
Within 21 days of your stay you are responsible for your balance due.

Refund Policies

No rain checks or refunds are issued for cancellations seven days or less prior to your stay. As we are a small Inn, cancellations are disruptive. Your cooperation is appreciated. We will always try to work with you in the event of an emergency. Rain checks can not be redeemed on major holidays and have a two year expiration from the date of your original check in.

Storm Policy is a rain check.

Breakfast

Each evening we will bring to you a tray of baked goods, fruit, coffee and tea. There is a coffee maker in your room.
