Spring and Fall Rates
From the third Friday in March up to Memorial Day weekend and from Labor Day through Veteran’s Day Weekend

There is a two night minimum on weekends year round.
There is a three night minimum on all major holidays.
A 12.75% state and local tax is in addition

Payments
Single night bookings require full payment in advance.  When reserving for  Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day and Veteran’s Day weekends full payment is required in advance. Rain checks only will be issued for cancellations for these holidays.

Reserve a Room Policy
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a room. When reserving within 21 days of your stay full payment is required. Multiple room reservations also require full payment in advance.

Check-in time
3 pm – 6 pm Check out is 11 am.  Late arrivals please call ahead.

Cancellations
Cancellations may only be made by US Postal Mail or Email.

22 days prior to your stay we refund your deposit less a fee of 15% of your 50% deposit.  You may opt for the 2 year rain check so as to avoid the cancellation fee.
Within 21 days of your stay rain checks are issued that are valid for 2 years.

For multiple room reservations only rain checks are issued.
Rain checks from Allison’s and Ramona’s Cottages do not transfer to the Inn.

Within 21 days of your stay you are responsible for your remaining balance.

Refund Policy’s
No rain checks or refunds are issued for cancellations seven days or less prior to your stay. As we are a small Inn, cancellations are disruptive. Your cooperation is appreciated. We will always try to work with you in the event of an emergency. Rain checks can not be redeemed on major holidays and have a two year expiration from the date of your original check in.
Storm Policy  is a rain check.

Breakfast
Each evening we will bring you a tray of baked goods, yogurt, fruit and snacks as well as coffee and tea
which you can brew in your in room coffee maker. This allows you to have breakfast on your own time  either in your room, on the porch or in the dining room.
