Summer Season:
Memorial Day Weekend
through Labor Day Weekend $ 210.00 per
night.
Spring and Fall: From the third Friday in March up to
Memorial Day weekend and from Labor Day through Veteran's Day
Weekend $ 155.00 per night.
Winter Rate: $ 135.00 per night.
A 12.75% state and local tax is in addition There is a two night minimum for the summer season and a two
night minimum on weekends year round. There is a three night minimum on all major holidays.
Breakfast:
A fresh hot breakfast will be served at 8:30 am
Vegetarian dishes are available upon request.
PAYMENT
Single night bookings require full payment in advance.
When reserving for Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus
Day and Veteran's Day weekends full payment is required in
advance. Rain checks only will be issued for cancellations for
these holidays.
 Payment:
A 50% deposit is required to reserve
a room. When reserving within 21 days of your stay
full payment is required. Multiple room reservations also
require full payment in advance.
Check-in time: 3:00pm -
6:00pm Check
out is 11:00am. Late arrivals please call ahead.
Cancellations:
22 days prior to your stay we refund your deposit
less a $35.00 fee.
Within 21 days of your stay rain checks are issued. For multiple
room reservations only rain checks are issued.
Rain checks from Allison's and Ramona's Cottages do not transfer
to the Inn Within 21 days of your stay you are responsible for
your remaining balance.
No rain checks or refunds are issued for cancellations seven
days or less prior to your stay.
As we are a small Inn, cancellations are disruptive. Your
cooperation is appreciated. We will always try to work with you
in the event of an emergency. Rain checks
can not be redeemed on major holidays and have a two year
expiration from the date of your original check in.
